Grandpa,
You
taught me how to play checkers and were always a willing partner
for Battling Tops. You gave me my first vintage Ben Hogan golf
balls, and, when I wanted to go for a run on the beach, you'd
drive me right to the sand. You always seemed to do what Grandma
asked, even when one thing contradicted another. To this day she
still talks about how handsome you looked in your military uniform.
You will always be in our hearts, and we all love you and miss
you very much.
