Hollis had a very fine rich bass voice. His daughter remembered his "Old Man River", the organist recalled his "true" bass voice, and Hollis thrilled his audience whether it was "A Real Low-Down Basso Am I" or a recitative from Handel's "Messiah". And he brought tears to our eyes with "Precious Lord, Take My Hand". Thank you Hollis, for sharing your God-given talent. We love you.
