The Oregon Hospice Association works to fulfill its shared mission through various focused approaches including:

Outreach to the Public (Individuals, Community Groups and Higher Education Institutions, International Outreach, Media and Public Relations, Me, Too - Supporting Children and Families in Grief)

Help for Hospices (Technical Support, Accreditation, Professional Networking and Assistance, List Serve Forum, Publications and Information, Provider Directory, Data, Professional Education with CEs/CMEs)

Advocacy (Legislative testimony and involvement, Regulatory/Statewide, Regulatory/Nationwide, Professional Organizations, Oregon POLST Taskforce)

PROFESSIONAL PROVIDER MEMBER - $300 per year plus $4 per patient death

Professional Provider Members are corporations, agencies, or divisions who provide hospice and/or palliative care under a single CMS Provider Identification Number (including identified multiple locations). Professional Providers Members have voting rights and privileges.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER - $300 per year

Associate Members are corporations, organizations, agencies, divisions, or out of state hospice providers that have an interest in hospice and palliative care or are developing hospice services.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER - $50 per year

Individuals Members are individuals that have an interest in hospice and palliative care.
